Excellent service at Studio 12. Beginning with an online booking system which tells you what appointments are available, price and the time it will take! Such a good idea as I dread phoning for appointments. Steven was fantastic, really listened to me when I explained my hair and what I wanted to achieve (perfect hair with no effort 😂) and gave me a brilliant cut. Really friendly and relaxed salon, with excellent value, thank you!
Great experience. First time at studio 12, I was 5 mins late and no issue was made of this, steven was waiting to welcome me in. Once in the chair he checked what I was after and then explained the cut and why he was doing it the way he was.
Great friendly atmosphere and service throughout, and the offer of aftercare was absolutely fantastic, will 100% be returning soon.
I got a half head of highlights and a cut and blow dry from Rachel. Rachel did a great job and I got exactly what I wanted! The highlights look very natural and Rachel suggested offsetting with darker tone which looks great, and she put a few highlights underneath so if I have my hair up it looks good. The angled long bob I got looks great too. Very friendly staff and great value for money!
