My daughter arrived was felt ignored while other clients were offered drinks and told what was happening she was blanked then when taken ended up having her hair sprayed with water to trim it it took her 5 mins to do this but she was in the hairdressers for over an hour I booked the appointment for her to get a proper haircut I could of sprayed it with water and trimmed it myself and saved the money me and my other 4 daughters will be going elsewhere from now on
