Booked a haircut after reading the positive reviews and was really pleased with the experience - Paul really took the time to listen to what I was after and made recommendations based on what has and hasn't worked in the past which was great. The overall experience was really good - a prompt start, good quality products with a head massage which was a nice touch, and a haircut that wasn't rushed through, plus a great blow dry! Really good value, especially considering the location - will be coming back.

Was looking for a new salon as I've never had a regular cut in London. Went to studio 12 by the great reviews and was so happy I did! Met Andy who was super friendly and chatty. Knew exactly how my hair would suit me and blow dried my hair to absolute perfection - walked out looking like a 20s star! Will be back.

I had half a head of highlights with Paul and he did an amazing job- he listened to what I wanted and I'm extremely happy with the results! The salon is easy to find and the staff were all very welcoming and lovely- I will definitely be returning!
