10/10 wax - Zoe always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I’d not been for 12 months and was worried about the pain (regular is a must) Zoe has a calm demeanour, she is professional and talks throughout, even having me laughing!

Megan is lovely and was ready for use when I arrived. Always offer a drink when I go. Megan was pleasantly chatty but not overly so. Paid attention to detail and did a great job! Very happy with the results!
