Excellent sports massage from start to finish. The pressure was spot on, firm enough to get into the tight areas without ever being uncomfortable and real attention was paid to the spots that needed it. I walked out feeling noticeably looser and moved much more freely for days afterwards. Professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows what she is doing. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.
