Booked with an hours' notice through the Treatwell app. Rang ahead to confirm (no answer). Drove all the way there only to be left outside ringing the bell and calling them on the phone for 15'. An employee finally let me in, just to say that they have no available appointments and Treatwell bookings are dealt with by the manager. Extremely disappointing.

I believe the service to be absolutely awesome. The only issue I would have is the entrance ambience. By that I mean it is suited more for females and not neutral (that’s me being a bit picky but honest). I would honestly recommend this spa to anyone and everyone.
