Really friendly staff and enjoy their job. Great quality. A bit hidden and easy to miss. But would reckomend anytime.

I recently wrote a positive review for my pedicure treatment, but I am disappointed with the customer service provided during my haircut. When seated on a waiting chair I was beckoned over to the salon chair and told, "It would help". Considering I was an unknown client to the hairdresser, I found this to be a bit rude.
The haircut I wanted was simple but made overcomplicated. I needed a trim so about a centimetre cut from each layer (two layers), with the front length shaped up slightly. However, the hairdresser pointed out my lone strand of white hair, laughed at it and then said, "How did that happen?" I was annoyed and replied, "It's quite common. Everyone has white hair." After that she repeatedly insisted on cutting it even though it was clear I did not want to. Before blow-drying my hair to show the results she told me it would be quick as I have thin hair (which I do, but there was no need to emphasise it) but then took 15-20 minutes and kept drying the same areas. The whole process took forty-five minutes. The haircut was fine, but the service was of a poor standard.
I'll be returning for the pedicures but not for haircuts, after being bold enough to try a local salon. As a hairdresser it is important to know that haircuts are not only about the technical skill (which, as I said, I am not faulting) but it is also important to provide decent customer service. Most people are sensitive about their hair. They are reluctant to change hairdressers and try someone new, so it is important to make them feel great.

It was my first time ever having a facial and I loved it. My therapist Bliss was so lovely and sweet. She talked me through things. Only down side is the deco needs refurbishment asap

Small boutique. Decent value for money if you are looking for a satisfactory inexpensive rub down. My second time here. Standard of massages was definately better first time so heavily dependant on who you get.

Very satisfied with the pedicures at Stratford Salon; it's the third one I've had done now. The whole treatment is done smoothly from start to finish, the girls are polite and conscientious, i.e. they are intuitive about when to strike a conversation with the customer/when they might need some relaxation time. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is to have a wider range of nail varnishes! Thank you.
