Good customer service. Awesome massage but facial is a let-down. Appears that the products used are cheap, drugstore brands. The place seems to be poorly maintained and as a result, the poor ambience really affected the whole experience. In addition, I arrived on time but was made to wait nearly half an hour because of an over-running previous client.

The salon itself is pretty shabby and not very impressive. I had two different therapists for the massage and the facial. My massage was good and the therapist seemed to know what she was doing. I'd give her an 8/10.
The facial I had was terrible. She clearly was very inexperienced. The facial consisted of cleansing, some very poor steaming, almost no proper extraction, and a mask. The best thing about it was the facial massage, which she did pretty well. 4/10
Don't go here if you want a facial. I'd consider returning for a massage.

I went for the first time, was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival the woman offered me something to drink a few times which was nice, and Corey who done my facial was lovely. I felt comfortable and it was very thorough. She was very informative when I asked for some advice. Would defo go again. Thank you for making my first experience worthwhile. Also one thing, the extraction was soo painful but I knew that anyway lol. Thanks for everything.
