My wife and I went for a number of treatments based on the reviews of this salon. For the price and location, 3 out of 4 treatments were great (the massage by Blyss was excellent).
Haircut Feedback: Adam was the hair dresser. While the haircut in itself was good (in terms of the style and end product), here is specific feedback on areas:
1. Too long: The haircut took 40 mins (minus the wash) - usually men's haircut takes 15 mins
2. Hygiene: The equipment used (shavers, machines, scissors, comb) etc. were all stacked in a drawer by the side. After the haircut, the equipment was put back into the drawers (without cleaning it or the surrounding areas). After the wash, Adam used the same unclean comb/equipment to clean up. The surrounding areas were not even vacuumed after the cut.
3. The haircut was quite rough - shavers were rubbed very abrasively against the scalp which resulted in quite a severe headache after the process
You'd expect slightly better for a 15 buck haircut.
