This is my third visit to this salon and the reason i go back is because it is local and convenient.
However, they have had the same issues, they seemed to be under staffed...for the last two visits my treatments have been;
1) always late to start
2) During the treatment being constantly disturbed as the lady has to go and answer the door.
This last time i had to ask to have a facial at a later date as they were really behind and i didnt want to to rush my treatment.
In terms of the staff, they are very friendly and treatment is great but they seemed to be under a great deal of pressure and stress as they are either double booked or trying to do more than one job!
Its a real shame as i would have been a regular and have been but after tihis time i dont think i will book again.
