A relaxing massage and a friendly, capable therapist. Service was very good. Salon has no ambience to speak of, and there were two interruptions - one knock on the door, and the therapist took a quick work call. But overall very good for a no frills massage and a therapist open to adjusting to your needs, if you're not particularly bothered about having the whole massage experience/ambience.

My appointment at Stratford Salon was ok. I can't fault it, but it wasn't perfect for my personal preference. For me a salon appointment is a break for the working day so I like somewhere with a relaxing ambience, and a chatty member of staff. This appointment was quite functional, so didn't give me that extra benefit, but that's not what everyone wants.
