My massage was running late but I was given a complimentary mini facial which was lovely - perhaps next time if it's running over 15 mins late it would be good to get a phonecall to let me know. There was some noise outside the room during the treatment, but this is the first time that's happened and it didn't bother me too much. Simran is amazing - I've recommended her to all my housemates and friends who've booked with her! Will definitely come back again.
