Lovely staff, set up not so great and treatment very uncomfortable. Nails looked good though! Chairs are very low, making it awkward to sit in the right position for a Pedi and the poor therapist had to hunch over the whole time. A basic dining chair would have been better! Unfortunately during my soak off the therapist buffed my toes so hard she took some of the skin off them making the "soak" part (with acetate) very stingy! I was there for 2 hours - despite opting for shellac, so can't imagine how long it would have taken if I had got the original deal. Also the treatment was listed as "deluxe" not really sure what was so deluxe about it. Just rather uncomfortable. Perhaps this treatment could be moved to one of the treatment rooms on a bed? Otherwise just advertised differently.

treatment was great but as always there was a slight delay so i had to wait and then was running late so didnt get my nails painted. but the treatment was all done how i expected it to be as well as the staff was lovely and jolly.
