I was 15 mins late to my treatment and they were fine with that, I was worried as I thought I may not be able to have it anymore but they let me :) they welcomed me really nice and the treatment was really relaxing and the therapist I had was so lovely and welcoming we couldn't stop talking and made me feel really comfortable, will defo be coming back!!

I really enjoyed my treatment at Stratford Salon. My beauty therapist Hannah made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She spent lots of time on my nails and made sure I was happy before I left.
The only things that I thought could be improved were that they had a very small selection of shellac nail colours to offer missing lots of the new seasonal colours. One of the LED lights to cure gel nails with was only half working and this came across slightly unprofessional as I was under the impression that these are very inexpensive to replace.
All in all great experience! Would defiantly return.
