I really enjoyed my treatment at Stratford Salon. My beauty therapist Hannah made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She spent lots of time on my nails and made sure I was happy before I left.
The only things that I thought could be improved were that they had a very small selection of shellac nail colours to offer missing lots of the new seasonal colours. One of the LED lights to cure gel nails with was only half working and this came across slightly unprofessional as I was under the impression that these are very inexpensive to replace.
All in all great experience! Would defiantly return.

A lot of hair was left in areas which i was really annoyed about not only that but after just 3 days hair is already growing back in places, proving that the hair was just broken off rather than ripped out from the root. Probably one of the most painful and uncomfortable waxes i have ever had. Areas were caught with wax strips repeatedly that should never be touched by wax which made for a rather horrible experience. I wouldn't go back, nor would i recommend to a friend.
