This has been a really bad experience and one that left marks all over my body. Starting that there was no ventilation in the room. I was sweating due to the lack of ventilation in the room that made difficult for waxing. The appointment was booked for 2hrs &1/2 but it took over 4 hours. I was left with burn marks all over my skin. I had a bodybuilding show the weekend after and my body looked so terrible on stage. It has been 2 weeks now and the marks are still so visible that I'm still avoiding wearing shorts. I return back to complain and spoke to the manager but she didn't care that much. The manager only said, ohh well your body is reacting to it and there is nothing we can do about. I was hoping for some advice or products that I could use to help my skin but she just didn't care. What a shame. I won't recommend anyone for waxing in that place. I had a terrible experience!
