the facial itself was good, but the lady who took care of me was late, around 15 minutes late in which I stayed under the steamer. at the end they didn't give me the head/shoulder massage as it was written and the overall process was too rushed, at least that's how I felt.

Lovely staff, set up not so great and treatment very uncomfortable. Nails looked good though! Chairs are very low, making it awkward to sit in the right position for a Pedi and the poor therapist had to hunch over the whole time. A basic dining chair would have been better! Unfortunately during my soak off the therapist buffed my toes so hard she took some of the skin off them making the "soak" part (with acetate) very stingy! I was there for 2 hours - despite opting for shellac, so can't imagine how long it would have taken if I had got the original deal. Also the treatment was listed as "deluxe" not really sure what was so deluxe about it. Just rather uncomfortable. Perhaps this treatment could be moved to one of the treatment rooms on a bed? Otherwise just advertised differently.
