appalling. treated like a 2nd class citizen, they changed my pre-booked appointment time at the last minute, therapist finished the treatment and just walked out of the room! No after care advice, no Thank you, no how are you feeling, no basic manners even though I told her I was seriously looking to spend hundreds of pounds by buying a package of treatments. DISAPPOINTING.
