Prior to the appointment there was good contact via text to confirm appointment or inform you of any minor delays. The lady was lovely, and easy to have a confersation with. When i arrived, actually started the treatment immediately, it would have been nice to have a quick 5 minutes to discuss the procedure - especially as it was my first time and it's a treatment around my eyes using chemical products. I did not know what to expect. I like how my lashes look now after a lift and tint!
