I had reservations on entry, as it seemed empty and quite uninviting - also it wasn't in the nicest of locations. However, if you can overlook those minor details, you can't get better value for money. The lady who did my nails was LOVELY, we had a great chat and I was so happy with the end result. I will definitely be returning, it's just a shame that your first impression is let down by a lack of atmosphere.

Massage was amazing, experienced. Helped relief my pain and I felt relaxed when I left. Only when I arrived at the time noone was answering the bell for 5 mins. Then someone came and was confused about my booking and let me wait another 5 mins without any info what's going on. Just better communication would be great. But otherwise nice little massage salon.

My experience at the salon was amazing, my therapist was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She explained everything and even stayed for a bit and engaged in conversation to take my mind off the treatment at the beginning. I have no complaints about the staff.
The only downside was the table/bed I was placed on for the treatment was not very comfortable considering I had the lay there for an hour, my back ended up cramping n hurting more than the procedure.
That being said, I still would not hesitate to go back to the startford Salon again.

Absolutely LOVE IT!!!! I had a lash lift and they look amazing i've had so many compliments. Zahra was amazing and so lovely and i would 100000% recommend this salon!
