This is my second treatment and yes there is a bit of a difference since my 1st treatment (6 weeks apart). lost about half an inch... So I am hoping to drop off another half inch with this 2nd session.
That said, I do not think I will be having this treatment again, its a personal choice rather than the quality of the service... It just that after about 5 mins the it gets really painful and we still have another 40 mins to go.
If you are tougher than me and you have some problem areas the gym alone wont fix please do give it a go and try it for yourself.
