There was a delay of almost 45min but I booked last spot available this day, so I could maybe foresee that happening given that it was Sunday, when not all of the salons are open;) but I was apologised for that. the lady was very gentle and helpful, we had a nice chat, Hollywood waxing was not too painful as she used two different techniques, some hairs were left though at the front but it happens almost always in various places I've been to. The only thing-maybe floor should be better brushed and wiped? I'm pretty sure they obey standards of health and safety but putting my shoes on I noticed that the floor was not probably wiped during the day,client after client. I may be back tho:)

Very nice visit ,all was ok nice staff nice salon greeted nicely like the smell at the front, room ,room was warn no complaints def recommending this salon

The massage was really good- great pressure and did the trick. The salon is no frills and could do with a spruce, it's not "luxury", but if you're in need of a good massage and arn't bothered by the rest then this is great value and the staff were lovely and skilled at what they do.
