salon was constantly being cleaned by staff memebers so A* for hygiene lovely aroma of incense.My treatments were good value and proffesional defo my new spot to go to and very affordable i got a loyalty card which is a lovely touch from the salon

I booked on treatwell for lash lift with zara and it was excellent my lashes have been so lifted and such a big difference zara was professional throughout the treatment telling me what is happeing at every step her work is excellent i love my lift and at a excellent value price highly recomend here for a lash lift i was given a mirror at the end to have a look at my lashes and i was ecstatic been to other places but your are by far the best .I love them thank you zara!
salon was clean and relaxed atmosphere staff were very busy but i was looked after making sure i knew what was happening i will be back in 6 weeks!

Unfortunately, the therapist was a bit delayed in getting started (12 minutes, even though she said it wasn't too busy). She was very kind and did a good job trying to make up for the late start, but there seemed to be a bit of chaos at the salon, and the microdermabrasion machine wasn't available for use. As such, she used another one and explained that she wasn't used to using that and that part of the treatment only lasted about 5 minutes (which was the reason I booked for a microdermabrasion facial). she did try to compensate by all the other elements of the facial, but it was a bit overpriced given that I didn't really get any microdermabrasion. it was quite awkward when I came out and saw her being told off by the salon owner, which was rather unfair as she had tried very hard to give me a good facial.
