The massage therapist was really polite and friendly and did a good job, although there was a lot of noise from other staff in the salon/family who lived in the building, which meant she had to leave the room to tell them to be quiet. Also the doorbell went for another appointment and no-one else answered so she left the room to go and answer it. Overall it was quite relaxing, but not quite a full body massage - she definitely missed some areas!

I had two treatments massage and facial with Mary who explained the reason for the massage prior to my facial. Mary was very attentive. The salon environment could do with tidying and rejuvenation. The room lacked a total relaxing and luxury feel but I think there were building works happening. I did feel the salon could have done with a front of house staff member as on the day I arrived it seemed as if Mary was managing treatments and juggling walk in enquiries and speaking with 'the manager' in the phone.
We started off a little late - I arrived late but Mary made my time up with a but if extra time too - Sonu can't complain.
It was a great standard of massage and it was very thorough.
The facial standard was again thorough but a bit painful for me (and I thought I had a high pain threshold). I chose a chocolate mask. Mary explained the treatment and kept a very caring demeanor which after the rest of not so appealing aspects - made it feel okay for my money. Thank you Mary. Not sure if go back for a facial but perhaps a massage if I couldn't find an alternative close by.
