Unfortunately, the therapist was a bit delayed in getting started (12 minutes, even though she said it wasn't too busy). She was very kind and did a good job trying to make up for the late start, but there seemed to be a bit of chaos at the salon, and the microdermabrasion machine wasn't available for use. As such, she used another one and explained that she wasn't used to using that and that part of the treatment only lasted about 5 minutes (which was the reason I booked for a microdermabrasion facial). she did try to compensate by all the other elements of the facial, but it was a bit overpriced given that I didn't really get any microdermabrasion. it was quite awkward when I came out and saw her being told off by the salon owner, which was rather unfair as she had tried very hard to give me a good facial.

I didn’t get her name but the lady doing my gel manicure was a delight. She was very quiet and only spoke every now and then but I was hungover so this was a pleasure for me! Soothing work, attention to detail and done in good time. My only criticism is it would have been nice to have a TV on but maybe this is a welcome break for some people.
