I decided to go here after being reffered from a friend who is a regular here but i was a bit apprehensive as theres a handful of the negative reviews.But after going here and having my treatment for my face i can hands down say all the negative reviews as just ridiculous and people just being silly about irrelevant details!
so my experience was a facail the therapist was so attentive and knew exactly what she was doing a highly trained individual who was excellent she gave me lots of after care advice and skin advice.Her proffesional approach spoke volumes.She introuduced herself talked me through what will happen et.
My skin has never felt better its glowing with so many compliments from friends.The salon was clean and staff was very clean in everything she did from start to finish a lovely procedure and treatment i will be back.such friendly proffesional staff a pleasure to visit.But yes the venue is not a posh 5 star place but i wouldnt expect that from the prices that they offering being so cheap and good value.if its a posh venue you after then i suggest you think of paying much more!I on the other hand wouldnt even mind paying more as they do a excellent job. I have had several treatments at the Statford Salon recently. Deep tissue massage with Misha was amazing, it helped me to release a lot of stress from my muscles and leave the salon unwind and with clear mind. Hot stone was also great, perhaps more relaxing and soothing. I strongly recommend it as the staff are kind and do their best so you have great time to switch off and leave with better, stronger, healthier body.
