It was shame the shop didnt offer foot bath first to warm up for a foot massage, which is quite normal as I know. A staff went straight to do foot massage with oil without wiping or washing feet... which I felt a bit weird.. and the staff didnt seem to be a professional to do a foot massage. (It was rather a very gentle massage than giving pressure onto right points on foot.) I wouldn’t recommend this shop for other people.

The front door was locked when I got there in the afternoon, and after several rings, staff finally answered the door. I booked in the morning for an afternoon massage and the staff wasn't aware I had a booking and actually took in a walk-in client. My massage appointment still took place though. Other than that, my massage therapist was lovely.

It took 45 mins to do a Hollywood wax (which usually only takes 20 mins in other places). A very slow and painful experience. The price didn’t include the wax of the bum area and they tried to charge me £10 extra for this.
