The staff were brilliant. Very helpful, extremely courteous and friendly. I cannot fault their manner. Also I found them very organised and punctual.
The overall score is mainly based on quality of massage and facial. I wasn't so bothered about the other stuff.
Environment: mixed. The main area was ok, neither great nor terrible. The treatment room smelt delicious. I appreciated that touch! There were some issues: the treatment bed was the most uncomfortable massage table I've ever been on. I don't usually notice the massage table, but this one was very uncomfortable, both lying face down and on my back. Way too hard. (If the salon is reading this, please sort this out! And please fix your music in the treatment room it sounded broken or stuck). The floor could have been cleaner (other people's hairs). It was also very noisy. The therapist even had to leave to ask them to be quiet. I don't expect total silence but the noise was over the top and made it difficult to relax.
I appreciated that the therapist made an effort to understand what I wanted from each treatment.
Facial: the good: the technique used, the strokes was v good. The therapist gave me a lovely facial massage, thank you! The extractions part was a bit disappointing. More care could have been taken on this. Basically just ran over my face with one of those extraction tool sticks. In past facials I've never had the therapist use one of these sticks and they take great care when extracting. At the end one product was put on my face. I have no idea what it was, but I would have expected serum, moisturiser and eye cream. Was also unsure of the quality of the products.
Massage: was ok. Decent massage on back/shoulders but way too much time spent on legs.
The treatment was a promotional package. If I'd paid full price, I'd have been disappointed, but for the price I paid it was ok. Not bad, but not great either. Would not return though.

Once again a great massage from Kassie - she's experienced and intuitive. And she knows how to deal with the stress knots. I always come away feeling relaxed and softer...

Staff are very friendly. Kassie did my nails for me and she did a good job. One nail though had too much top coat so there was a bubble. But otherwise I was very happy, and for the price I paid!
