A lot of hair was left in areas which i was really annoyed about not only that but after just 3 days hair is already growing back in places, proving that the hair was just broken off rather than ripped out from the root. Probably one of the most painful and uncomfortable waxes i have ever had. Areas were caught with wax strips repeatedly that should never be touched by wax which made for a rather horrible experience. I wouldn't go back, nor would i recommend to a friend.

Staff was polite and the massage was very relaxing. The therapist was professional However, the place needs to be refurbished. It's quite dated and old fashioned.
