Wax was fine although the style I asked for I didn't exactly get. Could be miscommunication. Otherwise the treatment was fine.

Really great find, so good to have somewhere which does massage perfect outside of Central London. Will definitely be coming here for more treatments.

Firstly, i'm going to say the massuese was a pleasant lady who greeted in a very pleasant attitude and held such positivity.
Now to the bad:
> I was expecting natural ambient sounds like every other place i've had a massaged done,but instead I had to listen to piano covers of various different musics which did not help me relax at all
>The massage was more like a soft tissue massage where i'm certain i fell asleep during it at some point, not a proper deep tissue.
>Personally, i wasn't fond of the hot stones but that is entirely up to you as an individual.
> My shoulders felt the exact same when i walked out, nothing the next day either
> The front body wasn't massaged as it usually is
I'm not sure what else i can say, only that i regret not speaking up at the time.
I would not recommend the salon.

Nice staff, made to feel comfortable. Environment quite dated, could be cleaner, very small and cold treatment room. Actual treatment was enjoyable.
