I had the back facial which was ok for my first time, there was some expected discomfort with the extractions. What I didn't expect was to be left alone around 5 times during the 1 hour session. I believe it was because she had to wash the towel she was using. However, near the end she left me for at least 15 minutes without telling me that she had applied a mask on so I thought I was just being abandoned! It wasn't as relaxing as she said it was going to be as the music wasn't well suited. It would also have been helpful if she explained what products she was going to use.
