I had a very pleasant experience at the salon. Reshma is absolutely lovely and extremely kind. I was made to feel very comfortable when having the treatment.

appalling. treated like a 2nd class citizen, they changed my pre-booked appointment time at the last minute, therapist finished the treatment and just walked out of the room! No after care advice, no Thank you, no how are you feeling, no basic manners even though I told her I was seriously looking to spend hundreds of pounds by buying a package of treatments. DISAPPOINTING.

The staff, in particular Adam, is really good and gentle. I book a Man haicut and I'm satisfied of that.

The hot stone massage was superb, exactly what I needed and so relaxing. Haircut was great, though I did notice it was slightly longer on one side when I styled it myself the next day, but that's no biggie to me in the grand scheme of things. Service was very friendly!
