The lady who did my lashes was super super sweet. I explained to her that I wanted her to use a thick silicone so that my ends curl nicely and my lashes don’t curl from the root straight as my lashes are very long and she didn’t quite understand at first but said she’d found a thicker silicone once she started. Didn’t wanna make a fuss as I didn’t actually see it, but at the end I ended up with straight lashes, my left eye has lots of wonky / funnily curled lashes going towards the side of my eye instead of as they grow. I was told I didn’t need a tint and as id been there so long and my eyes were itching / sore I agreed so I didn’t get what I paid for. Oh and the collagen mask is just a take home little mask that you can buy in any Superdrug’s etc so again didn’t feel like that’s what it was sold as part of the deluxe package. Overall, the lady was super nice but I’m not keen on returning anytime soon.

I had Simran who was so lovely, had a great conversation with her during the treatment about my skin regimen and other things. She was so gentle with the dermapen and numbing cream made it feel like a massage. Definitely coming back
