Hannah is lovely and the salon is simple, comfortable and clean. The waxing is good quality and the attention to detail is great - she also makes you feel at ease and is really considerate.

I've been at the salon twice and had booking issues both times. The first time the beautician told me that I haven't paid for a soak off which I had done and she made me show her the receipt. It happened the next time as well and she said she won't have time for one of the treatments I had paid for. When I asked for a refund, she made me show her the booking and did both treatments.
The services themselves are ok, but the organisation at the salon is not up to an even basic standard.
