Best treatment so far enjoyed my visit here very nice staff nice clean salon very good prices,no complaint only compliments ,room was warm with nice relaxing music treatment was not rushed ,,tea was also good :-) in this cold cold weather appreciate it ,wil be coming back def,saw some bad review but still give it a try as almost 2.5k reviews and mostly good cant be wrong
after visiting here i think people who left bad reviews expect some 10star lavish spa with such competitive prices common guys we in stratford not central London so be reasonably fair,

I have done a face cleansing with a clay mask including spots extraction as I had persistent spots under the skin I couldn’t get rid of. The lady was very nice during all the treatment. However, the extraction has let loads of blood spots on my face. The spots I wanted to get rid of are still here and the extraction just made other spots more visible. Therefore I am very disappointed for what was my first face cleansing care.

This salon was a excellent experience from start to finish,proffesional staff and value for money.
The therapist was very polite introduced herself made sure i was comfortable from start to finish she asked me about the pressure which was just perfect
after massage i was offered drinks and given a loyalty card all in all a proffessional salon with excellent staff and a friendly ambience
i will certainly be back and such excellent prices
