Maybe it was because my appointment was in the evening but I didn’t feel very relaxed, people were talking and laughing loudly and during my treatment there wasn’t much explained to me, things were just put onto my face and rubbed in etc and since it was my first ever facial I kind of felt uncomfortable. Staff is friendly though and the massage wasn’t bad
