I had two treatments massage and facial with Mary who explained the reason for the massage prior to my facial. Mary was very attentive. The salon environment could do with tidying and rejuvenation. The room lacked a total relaxing and luxury feel but I think there were building works happening. I did feel the salon could have done with a front of house staff member as on the day I arrived it seemed as if Mary was managing treatments and juggling walk in enquiries and speaking with 'the manager' in the phone.
We started off a little late - I arrived late but Mary made my time up with a but if extra time too - Sonu can't complain.
It was a great standard of massage and it was very thorough.
The facial standard was again thorough but a bit painful for me (and I thought I had a high pain threshold). I chose a chocolate mask. Mary explained the treatment and kept a very caring demeanor which after the rest of not so appealing aspects - made it feel okay for my money. Thank you Mary. Not sure if go back for a facial but perhaps a massage if I couldn't find an alternative close by.

customer service plus treatment was on point i was offered hot drinks and magazines and made to feel comfortable while having my pedicure the chair has a remote for massage function which was very nice and really releaxing.she asked me if i was comfortable or wanted a pillow.The staff did a amazing job on my feet they feel so soft and supple and she was so friendly.I did unfortunatly forget my flip flops but i was given disposable ones!Excellent little gem of a place very customer orientated
i will definatly be comming back in 6 weeks.Thank you

excellent prices and proffesional friendly staff they really look after you my treatment was really good,clean and very good hygiene will be back
