Waste of money, rip off with staff cutting corners and you do not get full treatment time, not worth £45 for the back facial and massage. Both the therapist and manager have poor customer service skills. I booked via Treatwell for 1.30pm on sunday but i was contacted by salon saying they couldn't do the appointment at that time and it was either 1pm or 5pm. I turned up at 12:50 and sat waiting till 1.15pm, so I asked why my treatment hasn't started. They said they didn't know my appointment had been moved. They eventually took me into the treatment room. I complained to the lady who took me in, told her I rushed my previous appointment to make on time to this appointment and it ends up starting late. The lady apologised and offered for her colleague to give me a free foot massage. The therapist turns up at 1.30pm in the treatment room. No apology, said nothing to me and starts rushing my treatment. The cleanser and scrub was on my back for few seconds and wiped off quickly. I had a steamer on my back for the majority of the treatment time and she kept disappearing from the room and left the steamer beeping in my ear for 5 minutes. The 'free' foot massage only lasted few minutes and the same with the back massage prepaid for. I did not get the 15 minutes massage as advertised. My treatment finished at 2:30pm. I confronted the therapist about the late start time especially when I was pressured to come in early. She gave the most insincere apology and her response was 'yeah my previous appointment ran late, nothing I can do about it. You got your foot massage.' I told her I will be complaining to the manager and she didn't seemed bothered. I called up later requesting to speak to the manager and was told to email. This ended up wasting my time, manager had same poor attitude and didn't bother replying to my second email. This is why not worth pre paying for treatment because they take your money and give you poor service because they know you don't have a choice but to take it. I went out my way to turn up early as requested and I ended up losing out on my treatment time and it was waste of money with steamer on your back for majority of the time. Never again.

the music was the most unrelaxing thing i've ever heard - the massage was fine but i had to ask her to change the music because it was so fast/loud/inappropriate

The staff is amazing and very friendly. If you have any doubt they explain you everything about the treatment step by step. Super 👍🏻
