very professional reassuring and friendly all staff in the salon were very welcoming and all wearing ppe which instantly made me feel safe and in good hands.Bed have plastic covers on them and couch roll was placed on top very clean and hygienic.

My therapist was lovely, she was attentive and very welcoming. However the place wasn't very clean and could do with a revamp, very old and backdated. There were plastic covers on the beds that are used for all clients. Im sure it is wiped down and there is a disposable tissue sheet that goes on top but, it still did not feel clean at all.
