I was late for my appointment and also decided that I wasn't ready for microneedling after having a chat to Zara , the salon was so incredibly accomodating considering I had caused a bit of a spanner in the works, they swapped my treatment without making a big deal out of it, and I really appreciated their understanding. I had the hydrafacial treatment and lash lift and was super happy with the results
