Avoid! Avoid! If you want to see real reviews go to Google. I don’t understand the positive reviews on this app. Worst waxing experience I have ever endured. Terrible technique, covered in sticky wax following apt, skin peeling off and hair left. I was body shamed throughout my treatment. Asked for a refund and was very rudely told no. Poor customer service, unclean and unprofessional salon. Therapist commented on my body on 2 occasions.

Had my second microneedling session w/ Zara today. I had great results after the first session, my acne has improved and overall complexion was brighter and more even toned. Zara is great at her job!
