The technician was friendly although I was disappointed with the quality of the service. The manicure is very uneven with lots of splashes of varnish on and around cuticles. I did not see the reusable nail files being sterilised before or after use which is concerning considering my cuticles were bleeding. The nail files also looked very worn out. Hoping it was a one off but it’s left me feeling quite sad.
