Luwindi did her best giving me a deep tissue massage however in my opinion she is not a trained masseur
She is a lovely lady but the massage on my back was forceful but not deep tissue. When she came to my arms they were hanging off the table. The body is usually kept covered and warm when the therapist is working on another part of the body
She said she would tap me if I was tense as there would not be much talking
The room was so small she had to move me on the table to get to the other side

Great service as always with Luwinidi. I had i initially planned to book a gel manicure and pedicure service but unfortunately the system didn’t show any availability for today even though there was availability for other pedicure treatment. Can this be looked into?

Luwindi was very pleasant and provide amazing service. The only reason for a 4 star is because I don’t think the exfoliation and extraction was done thoroughly. My skin is quite tough and can handle the pressure. But I felt it wasn’t strong enough even after I raised it.
