The salon isn't much to look at but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The treatment room was nice and cozy and the staff made sure that I had everything that I needed and that I was satisfied with my massage.

i went for the Beauty package and it was lovely! the massage was very relaxing and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed. The staff is friendly and although its not the prettiest of places (its Stratford after all, and for that price i really wasn't expecting a luxury hotel) they made me feel at ease and taken care off. Apparently they are moving somewhere else a little less noisy soon :-). I'll definetly be booking there again.

The service itself in the salon was fantastic - massage was great and the lady doing the massage was very nice.
I did have to wait half an hour to be taken though because seemingly Treatwell had not confirmed an earlier booking for the customer before me!

yet to attend this salon, they don't answer the phone, so I booked via Treatwell. The just before my appointment I received an email saying my appointment was no longer available - really unprofessional.
