My experience at the Stratford Salon was brilliant, The moment I walked in I was offered a drink. Appointments were on time so I did not have to wait. The procedure was explained in great detail with all the benefits and risks noted. Zara looked after me very well, she was amazing. She is very bubbly, attentive and a looks after you every step of the way. I will defiantly be booking another appointment with her when I next visit. The premises is not too big, but they are moving in the coming weeks to a bigger salon which is not too far away so looking forward to seeing the results.

I went to have a massage with my boyfriend and it was really nice, I was first and the massage was a bit hard at the beginning but the girl change the intensity and it was good. Relaxing experience and a good price too.

I would award 3 stars, as the experience was acceptable, but not the best. Firstly the time shown on site when booking appeared to be not available, I've been called to come earlier and I agreed. Unfortunately, I still came late but I've been offered to get 45 min treatment instead of 60. I accepted this. I had the treatment of 33 min, but the staff member confirmed it was 45.. It was unpleasant. If knew it is going to be 30 min instead of 60, maybe I would ask to postpone my treatment to another date. The treatment itself was ok, but not the best one, I didn't enjoy it much (some moments only) and didn't feel much relaxing or therapeutic effect after, so I would award 3 stars.

first of all, my appointment was at 11.30 and when i got there - on time - for my deep organic facial (in the basement of a restaurant) it was shut. so i had to ring them up and they told me that there was a massage going on so i had to wait. (?! when i was on time?!) then after 5 minutes they opened the door and told me to wait (which i did - for 30 minutes) and then the lady locked me inside as she had to finish the massage to the previous customer. what if i wanted to go out and take some fresh air? she did not even ask. no explanation for the delay whatsoever has been provided and when it was finally my turn, the lady asked me questions about my skin and took me to the treatment room. this lady was friendly, but maybe even too much, as she was overtalking during the whole treatment when all you want to do when going to spas is relaxing. the treatment was very basic (scrub, peel-off mask, moisturizer and brief massage) and although the texture of my skin felt smoother, the appearance was totally the same. i am disappointed by the massive delay (they also asked me if i had other appointments during the day: this is not the point. there was a huge delay and it was unacceptable). the treatment was ok although basic, but delay in unacceptable.
