I had my organic facial in Stratford Salon this Saturday, with Ameri. Salon itself is quite small, there is no noise isolation. So people trying to relax in the treatment room can easily hear every movement in the reception room. Ameri was very very gentel and careful, but maybe just a bit too slow. We also had some problem with equipment, which delayed my treatment. The patient after me was delayed by at least 30 minutes. However, it was nice that running late it didn't affect the duration of my treatment. It was 1 hour and 10 minutes as advised. Nothing fancy, but quite good money value. Also, would prefer to have massage better done.

After 4 weeks I have lost 1 inch. Not the great results I had been expecting based on other reviews, but I still have 4 weeks to go.

Friendly staff, excellent massage, the venue is very small but very clean. Another customer was late so my appointment was delayed. It was well worth waiting for my massage though. I will definitely be back.

At first appearance the salon doesn't seen to have much to offer. In fact, I had to pop my head around the door to ask if this was even the salon! However, when I was taken through to the therapy waiting room I felt very relaxed and my masseuse was very attentive and made me feel at ease. My facial was great and my hour massage was amazing. It was great value for money and my masseuse is obviously very good at what she does. I would suggest a bit of a tidy up else where as it does let the place down when the staff are so fantastic.
