Amazing!! Had lovely treatment here was greeted by the manager she is really knowlegable walked in was offered appt for same day lovely facial deep clean and fantastic customer service lovely relaxing music salon is very clean A*** for everything (only problem was they didnt have any leaflets of pricelists as had run out) will be coming back to relax!

The venue was not in the nicest area and I had to ring a bell when I arrived as the door was locked. The therapist was friendly and my massage was relaxing.

The facial was great, staff were also very professional.
Only downside was I arrived on time for my appointment but had to wait 20 minutes to get started because the staff were busy.
Other than that a very good experience.

The reception area was okay but the treatment room felt very grimy. I almost turned around and walked away, but I was in desperate need of a massage so I stayed. Glad I did, because the massage therapist was very skilled and gave me an excellent hot stone massage. Not sure I would go back, though, because of the non-spa-like facilities.
Oh, and they only take cash, which I think should be highlighted on Treatwell.
