There was only one member of staff present at time of visit, but she was lovely and very professional. The organic facial I had was thorough and relaxing, and she did extractions too. It was actually a really pleasant experience, but it was let down by the venue, which really could have done with a fresh lick of paint.

Very very pleased with the result of gold facial. This is my 2nd visit to Stratford saloon and they have now relocated in a more spacious saloon . Clean and relaxing room and the treatment was fabulous . Eza did me a very good facial and relaxing had massage as wel which was excellent !! She is brilliant !! Will definitely countinue with the facial again as it gives good results . Thank you !!

My visit was spotless this time. I got the treatment without time delay, and the specialist was checking on me regularly if everything was ok during that hour I was treated by that special machine.
