I don't like to leave negative review as the place is new and both ladies are lovely. However I absolutely hate my haircut. I asked for a trim and some layers, with max 1 inch cut from the bottom, ended up losing at least 4 inches. Went from mid-back lenght to above shoulder. It will grow back but feeling devastated.

Had a really nice wash & blow dry. Also had a dry head massage which was very relaxing! Staff are very friendly & will be making more bookings in future.
