Appointment started on time. Amanda takes note of how I like my hair cutting, she is friendly and easy to chat to. The salon is always clean and tidy and has a comfortable waiting area with good choice of magazines

Joe was really encouraging in making me feel comfortable and was able to lead the conversation taking the pressure away from my introversion. He was very attentive in making sure he understood what i was asking for.
